With a focus on support, integrity, and reliability, Scapes sets out to be a genuine point of difference in the civil construction industry, opening new pathways to employment while delivering the same high-quality outcomes our clients expect.
Meet Stephen
With over 20 years’ experience across Australia’s civil construction industry, Stephen has delivered critical transport and infrastructure projects for both government and private sector clients.
His career spans health and safety, environmental compliance, engineering, and senior management, bringing a well-rounded and strategic approach to project delivery.
More recently, Stephen’s personal connection to neurodiversity has deepened his understanding of the barriers faced by many in the workforce. Motivated to drive meaningful change, he founded Scapes Civil to create sustainable employment opportunities for neurodiverse individuals, championing an inclusive model which strengthens both workforce culture and operational performance.
